Accessibility Statement
Last updated
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, zoom or other assistive technology.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we do
- Our page templates are checked with automated accessibility tests before every release.
- Pages work with a keyboard alone, with visible focus and a "Skip to main content" link.
- Forms have visible labels, and errors are explained next to the field they belong to.
- Photos have text descriptions, and text and buttons meet color-contrast guidelines.
- Moving content can be paused, and the site respects your device's reduced-motion setting.
Known limitations
The service-area map shows the same cities that are listed in text next to it. Some older uploaded documents may not be fully accessible; ask us and we will provide the information another way.
