What’s not included, and access limits

Anything outside this list can be discussed when we quote. Your written estimate always spells out exactly what’s covered.

Carpet steam cleaning is not offered. We vacuum carpets and rugs.
Walls are spot-cleaned only when your estimate lists them.
We don’t move heavy furniture or clean at heights that need a ladder.
Mold remediation, biohazards and pest-related cleanup are not included.

How we do it

We follow the checklist in your estimate room by room, working from top to bottom so dust falls onto floors we clean last. Kitchens and bathrooms take the most time: we use cleaners suited to each surface and let them sit on built-up grime instead of scrubbing harder.
