What’s not included, and access limits
Anything outside this list can be discussed when we quote. Your written estimate always spells out exactly what’s covered.
- Carpet cleaning is not offered.
- Inside appliances, inside cabinets and walls are only included when your estimate lists them.
- Laundry, dishes and tidying are not included unless your estimate lists them.
- We don’t move heavy furniture or clean at heights that need a ladder.

How we do it
We follow the same checklist each visit, working room by room from top to bottom so dust falls onto floors we clean last. If a home hasn’t been cleaned in a while, we may suggest a deep clean first so regular visits can keep up.
