- The home should be empty, or nearly. Furniture and boxes block the areas this clean covers.
- Carpet steam cleaning, wall repairs and painting are not included.
- Leftover furniture and junk are not removed.
- We don’t clean at heights that need a ladder.
- Mold remediation, biohazards and pest-related cleanup are not included.
